![]()
People who have houses that are older than 40 years are more likely to have acoustic ceiling tiles that look like wood panels an army of termites have had a feast on before moving on. These “popcorn-style” acoustic ceilings were all the rage during the days when insulation and the benefits it had on your electricity bill were not much of an issue. Most people nowadays find them ugly and want to get them removed for renovations and in a bid to get a better price upon selling. These tiles however have a little amount of asbestos as well some forms of insulation that were fill type and do need special attention with regards to removal and disposal.
